EN-US;\">La th\u00e9matique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe porte sur la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me nerveux aux facteurs environnementaux au cours du d\u00e9veloppement, notamment suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;exposition chronique \u00e0 des polluants environnementaux (pesticides, cyanotoxines, m\u00e9dicaments, etc.) et \u00e0 les p\u00e9riodes de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s que sont la gestation et le d\u00e9veloppement pr\u00e9coce postnatal. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019\u00e9tudier l\u2019impact sur les interactions g\u00e8nes\/environnement et leurs cons\u00e9quences sur les processus du neuro-d\u00e9veloppement et de la neuro-inflammation, cet impact pouvant \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de d\u00e9ficiences permanentes \u00e0 cours, moyen ou long terme. Ces principes fondamentaux constituent la base de l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se de Barker, connue sous le nom d&rsquo;approche DOHaD (<i>Developmental Origins of Health and Diseases<\/i>). Par ailleurs l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019int\u00e9resse aux effets d\u2019expositions chez l\u2019adulte, et de leurs implications dans l\u2019induction d\u2019une neuro-inflammation et de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de neuropathies centrales et\/ou p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques<\/span><\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en collaboration avec le Laboratoire BiOSSE du Mans. Nous avons \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les effets d&rsquo;un pigment issu d&rsquo;une diatom\u00e9e (microalgue), appel\u00e9 marennine, sur les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes neuro-inflammatoires et sur la migration cellulaire. Les r\u00e9sultats indiquent que la marennine interagit fortement avec les processus neuro-inflammatoires au sein des cellules immunocomp\u00e9tentes du syst\u00e8me nerveux central, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par les astrocytes et les cellules microgliales.
