allergies, les infections respiratoires ou le stress et le syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Notre objectif principal est de mieux comprendre comment ces trois facteurs interagissent et s&rsquo;influencent mutuellement pour impacter la sant\u00e9 respiratoire, intestinale et, au-del\u00e0, la neuroinflammation. Nous \u00e9tudions les m\u00e9canismes immunologiques impliqu\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9ponses allergiques, les r\u00e9ponses de l\u2019h\u00f4te \u00e0 l\u2019infection, et leurs exacerbations, en mettant particuli\u00e8rement l&rsquo;accent sur les voies li\u00e9es au stress cellulaire, \u00e0 la mort cellulaire, \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;ADN extracellulaire, \u00e0 l\u2019hom\u00e9ostasie du fer, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux r\u00e9cepteurs cl\u00e9s impliqu\u00e9s dans ces r\u00e9ponses. Horsnell (Chercheur invit\u00e9 Studium), de nouvelles fonctions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es pour l\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine (neurom\u00e9diateur classiquement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 dans les interactions neuromusculaires causant la r\u00e9sistance pulmonaire lors d\u2019allergie). Nous avons identifi\u00e9 les ILC3 comme source d\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine centrales pour la promotion de la r\u00e9ponse allergique pulmonaire dans un mod\u00e8le d\u2019asthme induit par la papa\u00efne (Darby et al., JACI 2020). <em>Sci Rep<\/em> 2020).<\/p><p>Nous avons montr\u00e9 que le microbiote contenu dans les f\u00e8ces d\u2019acariens produit des muropeptides d\u00e9tect\u00e9s par le r\u00e9cepteur NOD1 des cellules
