mise en place de ce laboratoire commun ArtInem s\u2019inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie globale de valorisation du CNRS et de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans.<br \/><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-size: 16pt;\">Le domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9 du laboratoire commun ArtInem concerne la pathophysiologie de l\u2019inflammation pulmonaire, telle que l\u2019asthme allergique, fibrose pulmonaire, broncho-pneumopathie chronique obstructive (BPCO), syndrome de d\u00e9tresse respiratoire aigu\u00eb (SDRA), et la neuro-inflammation. Notre programme scientifique est ax\u00e9 sur la compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires et cellulaires de l\u2019inflammation pulmonaire en nous appuyant sur<br \/>des mod\u00e8les exp\u00e9rimentaux. Nous nous int\u00e9ressons particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 comprendre les voies d\u2019activation impliqu\u00e9es et valider de nouvelles cibles th\u00e9rapeutiques, d\u2019une part, et \u00e0 la mise au point de nouveaux mod\u00e8les d\u2019\u00e9tudes pr\u00e9cliniques et la validation de leur pertinence clinique, d\u2019autre part.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;
